Clear Assured Bronze accreditation achieved

We’re delighted to have achieved the Clear Assured Bronze accreditation in recognition of our continued efforts to promote diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) throughout the workplace and the wider industry.

Clear Assured is a global, industry recognised standard designed to evaluate and validate an organisations DEI progress, run by assessment body, The Clear Company.

Our Fair, Awareness, Inclusion and Respect (FAIR) strategy has seen the implementation of key initiatives, including recruitment equality targets, an unconscious bias education programme for managers, and improved maternity, paternity and shared parental leave policies.

Since beginning our Clear Assured journey, we have seen positive changes across multiple business areas, such as increased employee engagement, stronger employee connections through support networks and a more inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.
